现代心理学研究表明,体育可以有效促进兴趣、情感、进取心、意志力等非智力因素的发展,发展非智力因素不仅是素质教育的重要组成部分,还是促使学生成长为一名“社会人”的重要环节。初中阶段是学生发展非智力因素的最佳年龄阶段,文章通过对初中体育课堂中对学生进取心、意志力两种非智力因素的培养和开发进行探讨及分析,旨在为进取心及意志力这两种非智力因素在体育教学中的开发培养提供一些建议和帮助。
