目的:研究大肺筋草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备液相色谱等对大肺筋草的化学成分进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所分离化合物的结构。结果:从大肺筋草的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:去氢催吐萝芙木醇(Ⅰ)、金色酰胺醇脂(Ⅱ)、对苯二甲酸二丁酯(Ⅲ)、对苯二甲酸丁甲酯(Ⅳ)、对苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅴ)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Lungs. Methods: The chemical constituents of Lonicerae were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Five compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Lonicerae, and were identified as dehydrogenase, erucyl alcohol (Ⅰ), gold amide alcohol (Ⅱ), and dibutyl terephthalate Ⅲ), Butyl Terephthalate (Ⅳ), Diisobutyl Terephthalate (Ⅴ). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
