以邻苯二胺和氯乙酸为主要合成原料,在磷酸催化下合成2-氯甲基苯并咪唑。探讨了原料摩尔比、反应时间及催化剂等因素对反应的影响,采用熔点测定、红外光谱1、H-NMR等方法对产物进行了表征。得到了制备2-氯甲基苯并咪唑的最佳反应条件:邻苯二胺和氯乙酸的最佳摩尔比为1∶1.14,保持回流1.5h,催化剂磷酸的用量为15mL,目标产物的合成收率可达85.04%。
With o-phenylenediamine and chloroacetic acid as the main synthetic raw materials, 2-chloromethylbenzimidazole was synthesized under the catalysis of phosphoric acid. The effects of molar ratio of raw materials, reaction time and catalyst on the reaction were discussed. The products were characterized by means of melting point determination, FTIR and H-NMR. The optimum reaction conditions of 2-chloromethylbenzimidazole were obtained: the optimum molar ratio of o-phenylenediamine to chloroacetic acid was 1: 1.14, and the reaction mixture was maintained at reflux for 1.5h. The amount of phosphoric acid catalyst was 15mL. The synthesis of the target product Yield up to 85.04%.
