建立一组与临床相关联的动物实验模型和测定装置,探讨不同损伤方式(机械性压迫和炎性损伤)和不同损伤时间(伤后1,2,4,8周)引起动物神经行为改变的规律及特点。方法健康家兔61只,实验分为:手术对照组、机械性压迫组、炎性损伤组。结果在脊神经节损伤的不同阶段,实验动物出现了明显热辐射性和机械性刺激的痛觉过敏表现。结论我们自行研制的神经行为测定装置,通过微机自动记录,贮存和打印,可提高研究的准确性和可靠性。
To establish a group of clinical experimental animal models and measuring devices to explore the different damage ways (mechanical compression and inflammatory injury) and different injury time (1, 2, 4, 8 weeks after injury) cause neurobehavioral changes in animals Laws and characteristics. Methods 61 healthy rabbits were divided into experimental control group, mechanical compression group and inflammatory injury group. Results In different stages of spinal ganglion injury, experimental animals showed hyperthermic and mechanical hyperalgesia. Conclusions Our self-developed neurobehavioral determination device can improve the accuracy and reliability of the study through automatic recording, storage and printing by computer.
