“单兵维护与修理支持系统(MARSS)”是为了获取更好的武器系统维修能力,而将操作者与仪器设备综合为一体的单兵维修系统。它以质量轻且可穿戴的个人计算机为核心,采用开放式的系统结构和面向对象的软件设计,能够灵活地扩展即插即用式的测量仪器、诊断测试部件、交互式电子技术手册、维修数据库和新的工具,并使操作者方便地进行操作;系统的输入和输出利用操作者头部佩戴的麦克风和有源阵列平板式显示器实现。
