我公司多种型号的矿用自卸车前桥均采用钳盘式制动器,该种制动器制动缸及活塞可模块化设计,制动热稳定性好、耐磨损、拆装及维修方便。本文讲述该种制动器结构、工作原理,并介绍常见故障排查方法。1.钳盘式制动器结构及原理矿用自卸车所用钳盘式制动器为干式制动器,其结构如附图所示,壳体1由QT400-18球墨铸铁铸造而成,壳体1两侧共设有4个制动缸。每个制动缸内设有活塞5,其排量为60.3ml。制动
