目的探索直线数字X线摄影(DR)用于职业病筛查体检胸部摄影中的作用。方法 20000例接受职业病筛查体检者,均采用DR以及传统高仟伏X线摄影检查(KHV)接受胸部摄影检查,对两种检查方法的影像片质量进行比较。结果 DR检查影像片的甲级率为41.64%,高于KHV检查的28.48%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR检查未出现废片,KHV检查的废片率为4.89%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在非甲级片的原因上:DR检查的主要原因为肩胛骨未旋开在肺野内,占48.61%,高于KHV检查的23.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);KHV检查在摄影条件和暗室技术原因上所占比例明显高于DR检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直接数字X线摄影用于职业病筛查体检的胸部摄影中具有影像片质量高的优点,且其操作简单,可以在大样本的筛查体检中应用,具有重要临床应用推广价值。
Objective To explore the use of linear digital radiography (DR) in the chest screening of occupational disease screening medical examination. Methods: Twenty thousand patients undergoing screening for occupational diseases were examined by chest radiography with DR and conventional high-pressure X-ray photography (KHV). The quality of the images of the two methods was compared. Results The grade A rate of DR examination was 41.64%, which was higher than that of KHV examination (28.48%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no scrap piece in DR examination and 4.89% in KHV examination. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Reasons for non-grade A film: The main reason for DR examination was that the scapula was not spiraled in the lung field, accounting for 48.61%, higher than 23.00% of the KHV examination, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); KHV examination in photography Conditions and darkroom technology accounted for a significantly higher proportion of the proportion of DR examination, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Direct digital radiography has the advantages of high image quality in the chest photography of occupational disease screening and simple operation. It can be applied in the screening of large samples and has important clinical application value.
