黄芪始载于《神农本草经》,列为中品。其味甘,性微温。生用能益卫固表,利水消肿,托毒生肌;炙用则可补中益气,扶脾升阳。《中国药典》以膜荚黄芪和蒙古黄芪的根为正品;但有些地区习惯以多序岩黄芪的根作正品使用,商品称红芪;还有少数地区,将豆科植物扁茎黄芪、锦葵科植物圆叶锦葵等多种植物的根混作黄芪入药。现将正品黄芪和常见伪品的植物来源及其主要特征作一鉴别,简述如下:
