中原油田属非均质砂岩油田,断块多,以破碎性地层为主,渗透率差异大;层间、层内压力系统差异大,钻井过程中经常发生严重的井涌、井漏等复杂事故。对QS-2、LFT-70、DF-1、QPL-Y的随钻防漏堵漏效果进行了室内实验,并分析了它们的作用机理,介绍了它们的工艺要求。结果表明,几种随钻防漏堵漏剂复配在一起的防漏堵漏效果优于单一的随钻防漏堵漏剂,提高了地层的承压强度。形成了一套适合中原油田不同地层、不同漏失情况相对应的随钻防漏堵漏工艺技术。
Zhongyuan Oilfield is a heterogeneous sandstone oilfield, with more fault blocks, mainly fractured strata, and great differences in permeability. There are large differences in pressure systems between layers and layers, and serious complicated wells and well leakage frequently occur during drilling . In-house experiments were conducted on the leak-proofing and plugging effects of QS-2, LFT-70, DF-1 and QPL-Y. Their mechanism of action was analyzed and their process requirements were introduced. The results show that the leak-proof plugging effect of several kinds of leak-proofing leak-sealing agent when drilling is better than that of a single leak-proofing plugging agent while drilling, which improves the bearing strength of the formation. Formed a set of different layers in the Zhongyuan Oil Field, the corresponding loss of the corresponding drilling leak-proof plugging technology.
