目前,我国煤炭采掘的安全生产状况不容乐观,尤其中小型煤矿事故频发。研制一套基于无线传感器的安全监控系统,设计井下行走机器人和井上工作台,开发了机器人自动避障和无线遥控两种行走模式,采用MQ-2瓦斯传感器和601LD无线监控器,采用nRF905无线数据收发芯片,实现实时数据采集与回传和图像同步动态跟踪显示。对比试验结果表明,该系统克服了传感器检测不稳定和调制复杂等缺陷,具有高智能、高精度、大视野、稳定可靠等优势。
At present, China’s coal mining safety conditions are not optimistic, especially in small and medium-sized coal mine accidents. A safety monitoring system based on wireless sensor is designed and a downhole walking robot and a downhole workbench are designed. Two walking modes of robot obstacle avoidance and wireless remote control are developed. MQ-2 gas sensors and 601LD wireless monitor are adopted. The nRF905 wireless data Send and receive chips, real-time data acquisition and return and image synchronization dynamic tracking display. The comparison test results show that the system overcomes the defects of unstable sensor detection and complex modulation, and has the advantages of high intelligence, high precision, large field of view, stability and reliability.
