目的掌握黑龙江省碘缺乏病阶段性防控效果,为今后碘缺乏病防治工作重点调整提供科学依据。方法采用概率抽样方法,分别在2011年和2014年对全省30个县开展监测工作。两轮分别对盐碘,8~10岁学生监测甲状腺,尿碘、孕妇和哺乳妇女尿碘监测。甲状腺采用B超法,采用WS/T 107-2006(砷铈催化分光光度方法)测定尿碘,采用GB/T 13025.7-2012(氧化还原滴定法)测定盐碘。结果两轮碘缺乏病病情监测中碘盐覆盖率分别为99.5%和99.0%,碘盐合格率为98.2%和97.5%,合格碘盐食用率为97.7%和96.6%,差异无统计学意义;孕妇和哺乳妇女尿碘中位数分别为193.1μg/L和185.0μg/L;8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数分别为225.0μg/L和197.6μg/L;8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率分别为3.4%和1.6%;两轮病情监测中,儿童甲状腺肿大率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.14,P<0.01)。结论两次监测结果说明,黑龙江省的盐碘、尿碘中位数均处于适宜水平,儿童甲肿率达到国家标准要求,各项指标均达到消除标准,防治效果显著,成绩稳固,建议加强特殊人群碘营养水平的监测工作。
Objective To master the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in Heilongjiang Province and provide a scientific basis for the future adjustment of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and treatment. Methods Using probability sampling method, monitoring was carried out in 30 counties in the province in 2011 and 2014 respectively. Two rounds of iodine, respectively, 8 to 10-year-old students monitoring thyroid, urinary iodine, pregnant women and lactating women urinary iodine monitoring. The urinary iodine median of pregnant women and lactating women were 193.1μg / L and 185.0μg / L, respectively.
