采用镶装方法，对５００ｍｍ型钢轧机齿轮座人字齿轮轴断裂进行修复，经合理计算各参数并校核，确定了修复方案。修复后的齿轮轴使用效果良好。
The inlaid method was used to repair the crack of the pinion gear shaft of the 500mm steel rolling mill. The parameters were calculated and checked rationally to confirm the repair scheme. The repaired gear shaft works well.
