甘油明胶在中国药典(1953年版,下同)中已經收載,我們参考有关文献,并根据实驗結果,对該制剂的配制法作了如下改进。 1.明胶切碎及加水量問題:明胶溶化时必須先用冷水浸漬,使軟化膨脹,已膨脹的明胶加入甘油后,稍加热即成溶液。如将干燥明胶直接加热水,常致表面軟化而中部不易吸水,形成硬块,使溶胶时間反而延长。中国药典制法中曾指出加适量的蒸溜水浸,究竟該加多少水呢?按文献記載及实驗結果,水量以加至浸沒全部明胶为宜。在制备时应将市售的明胶切成适当小碎片,然后加蒸溜水浸沒明胶。根据我們实驗結果,水温为15℃,干燥明胶厚1.5~2.5毫米,长寬为15~25平方毫米时,膨脹所需时間为1.5~2小时;厚0.5~1毫米,长寬为3~7平
