本文对28例SLE,12例BA患者的免疫球蛋白、轻链组成中的K、λ含量及K/λ比率及补体、ANA、dsDNA等项目进行了检测分析。结果,SLE和RA患者自身抗体的阳性检出率各不相同,低补体血症在SLE患者中占63,16%,而在RA患者中却不明显,高λ血症的检出率分别为64.29%,83.33%。其K、λ轻链的增加分别为82.14%、100%,且轻链的增加明显高于重链的增加。值得注意的是,SLE和RA患者间均有一共同的特点,即λ型轻链的异常增高较K型轻链活跃。在这二类患者中由于λ轻链增高的比例大于K链,从而导致了K/λratio的下降(正常人为2.02,SLE为1.399,RA为1.51)。此结果尚未见国内外学者报道。
In this paper, 28 cases of SLE, 12 cases of BA patients immunoglobulin, light chain composition of K, λ content and K / λ ratio and complement, ANA, dsDNA and other projects were analyzed. As a result, the positive rates of autoantibodies in SLE and RA patients varied. Hypocomplementemia accounted for 63,16% of patients with SLE, but not in patients with RA. The increase of K and λ light chain was 82.14% and 100% respectively, and the increase of light chain was obviously higher than that of heavy chain. It is worth noting that there is a common characteristic between patients with SLE and RA that the aberrant increase of λ light chain is more active than that of K light chain. In both groups, the K / λratio decline (normal 2.02, SLE 1.399, RA 1.51) was due to a greater proportion of λ light chains than K chains. This result has not yet been reported by domestic and foreign scholars.
