《食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB2763-2005)具体规定的农药残留限量指标数量至今尚无统一结论。但在实际使用过程中,往往会涉及到残留指标的覆盖面的问题。因此根据《食品中农药最大残留限量》中的食品分类,对标准中的残留限量指标进行了梳理,得出一新的观点,标准中残留限量指标应为1816项,仅供相关部门参考。 There is no unanimous conclusion about the limit number of pesticide residues specified in the “Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods” (GB2763-2005). However, in practice, the issue of the coverage of residual indicators will often be involved. Therefore, according to the classification of foodstuffs in the MRLs for food, the residual limit indicators in the standard are reviewed and a new viewpoint is reached. The standard residual limit indicator should be 1816 items, for reference of relevant departments only.
