在前期实验基础上,对稻草亚硫酸镁盐制浆工艺进行优化,最后得出稻草亚硫酸氢镁化学制浆蒸煮优化工艺为:总酸浓度:3.4%;最高温度:155℃;升温时间:100min;保温时间:90min。
On the basis of the previous experiments, we optimized the pulping process of straw bisulfite magnesium salt. Finally, we got the optimal technological process of chemical straw pulping with sodium bisulfite: total acid concentration: 3.4%; maximum temperature: 155 ℃; heating time: 100min; holding time: 90min.
