本文对黑木耳Auricularia auricula(Hook)underw沪耳一号的胞子、菌丝体和担子的形态、细胞核和染色体进行了观察,结果表明:1.孢子呈肾形,其萌发方式有多种,孢子核第一次分裂可能在萌发管中进行。2.菌丝核以无丝分裂为主,也存在有丝分裂,其核呈圆形或不规则形状(如蝌蚪形等);并观察到菌丝的锁状联合过程。3.担子的大小,由幼担子、单核担子和成熟担子依次增大;二倍体核大于单倍体核。4.黑木耳细胞核染色体数目可能为2n=8。
In this paper, morphological, nuclear and chromosome of the spores, mycelium and basidiomycota of Auricularia auricula (Hook) underw were observed. The results showed that: The first division of the nucleus may occur in germination tubes. Mycelial nucleus mainly amitosis, mitosis, the nucleus was round or irregular shape (such as tadpole-shaped, etc.); and observed mycelial lock-like combination process. 3. The size of the burden, by the young burden, single nuclear burden and mature burden increase in turn; diploid nuclear than haploid nuclear. 4 black fungus nuclear chromosome number may be 2n = 8.
