随着中国经济实力的增强,国际汉语教育作为一项国策越来越受到了国家的重视。许多国际汉语教师走出国门,走进孔子学院,走进国外的大、中、小学的课堂。他们从中国文化的环境走进了异国文化中,被异域文化所包围。即使在中国从事的对外汉语教学,也是一个跨文化交际的小环境。如果没有一定的跨文化意识,依然按照中国文化的传统来教学,势必会引起跨文化交际的失误。如果国际汉语教师的跨文化交际能力欠缺,不但会影响到他们个人的生活,还可能会影响到他们的职业生涯,进而影响到国际汉语教育事业的蓬勃发展。因此,我们必须重视提高国际汉语教师的跨文化交际能力。
With the enhancement of China’s economic strength, international Chinese education has drawn more and more attention from the state as a national policy. Many international Chinese teachers go abroad to go to the Confucius Institute and go to foreign, primary, secondary and middle school classrooms. They walked into the exotic culture from the environment of Chinese culture and were surrounded by the exotic culture. Even in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in China, it is also a cross-cultural communication environment. If there is no certain cross-cultural awareness, teaching according to the tradition of Chinese culture is bound to cause mistakes in cross-cultural communication. If the lack of cross-cultural communicative competence of international Chinese teachers not only affects their personal lives, but also may affect their careers, thus affecting the vigorous development of international Chinese education. Therefore, we must attach great importance to improving the intercultural communication skills of international Chinese teachers.
