通过对通用硅橡胶热分解机理的分析 ,提出了改善双组份室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶耐烧蚀性能的三条途径。利用所研制的RTV K胶 ,考查了 4种填料对RTV硅橡胶氧乙炔线烧蚀率的影响 ,并讨论了白炭黑使硅橡胶线烧蚀率增加的原因
Based on the analysis of thermal decomposition mechanism of general silicone rubber, three ways to improve the ablation resistance of two-component RTV silicone rubber are proposed. The effects of four kinds of fillers on the ablation rate of RTV silicon rubber oxyacetylene wire were investigated by RTV K glue developed. The reason why the ablation rate of silica rubber wire increased with silica was also discussed
