应用酶联免疫吸附法及散射速率比浊法观察22例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者血浆纤维连接蛋白(Fibronectin,Fn)及VW因子(von Willebrand)的血浆含量变化,其中11例病人进行尿激酶(Uk)治疗前后的动态观察。结果表明:AMI早期,血浆VW因子、Fn含量增加,提示与内皮细胞破坏有关;Uk治疗前后对血浆vW因子含量无影响;应用Uk后24h,Fn水平明显降低,72h Fn水平复升,推测其干预机体纤溶系统的稳定性;Uk治疗前后VW因子与Uk水平无相关。
The plasma levels of Fibronectin (Fn) and Von Willebrand in 22 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and nephelometry. Eleven patients underwent urokinase (Uk) before and after treatment of dynamic observation. The results showed that: in the early stage of AMI, plasma VW and Fn levels increased, which suggested that endothelial cell destruction was related; before and after Uk treatment, there was no effect on vW factor content in plasma; Fn level decreased significantly at 24h after Uk application, Interfering fibrinolytic system stability; Uk before and after treatment VW factor Uk level was not related.
