本文针对δ1.5和δ3.0的TC4钛板手工直流A-TIG焊焊接质量、接头力学性能、显微组织及气孔形成的影响进行了系统的研究。文中分析了各种焊接工艺参数对焊接质量的影响及其规律;利用材料拉伸试验机、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和X射线探伤等技术对焊接接头力学性能、接头显微组织及气孔缺陷等进行分析;对活性焊剂对接头组织的影响机理、TIG焊接头气孔的形成原因和防止措施及活性焊剂对气孔形成的影响进行了分析和讨论。
In this paper, the effects of δ 1.5 and δ 3.0 on the welding quality, mechanical properties, microstructure and stomatal formation of TC4 titanium plate by DC-A-TIG welding were systematically studied. In this paper, the effects of various welding parameters on the welding quality and their regularities are analyzed. The mechanical properties of welded joints, the microstructure of the joints and the defects of the pores are analyzed by means of tensile testing machine, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray inspection. Etc .; analyzed the influence mechanism of the active flux on the joint structure, the formation reason of the pores in the TIG welding head and the preventive measures and the influence of the active flux on the pore formation.
