Atomic absorption spectroscopy and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were used to analyze the chemical composition of Nanji Islands (121 ° 01 ’~ 121 ° 08’E, 27 ° 25’ ~ 27 ° 30’N) collected in May 2010 and April 2011 respectively. The contents of 8 kinds of heavy metals (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, As, Cr, Cd and Hg) in 13 kinds of common seaweeds were detected. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis Set features. The results showed that there were significant differences in the content of heavy metals in different algae, and the contents of heavy metals in the same algae were also different. The average content of heavy metals in seaweed from high to low were: Fe> Zn> Mn> As> Cu> Cr> Cd> Hg, Fe and Cu in Chlorophyta in the highest content of Mn and Zn in the red algae Highest, As is the highest in the brown algae door. The enrichment coefficient of Fe was the highest in Shijie, up to 200553, the highest concentration of Cu was 12992 in Enteromorpha prolifera, while the enrichment coefficients of Zn, Mn, Cr and Cd were the highest in Littobaxia: 46357, 31921, 25192 and 27556; As is the most abundant in Sargassum, with a enrichment coefficient of 65278; Hg has the highest enrichment coefficient in Brassica oleracea, which is 3165; The comprehensive ranking of the enrichment ability of heavy metals by 515.13 species of seaweed showed as follows: small seaweed> Sargassum fusiforme> Sargassum> Ulva phytase> sea urchin> centipede alga> bracteolalla> coral algae> copper Algae> goose algae> nails vegetables> Habitat Sargassum.
