培训是提高职工整体素质的重要教育途径,也是提高医院医疗服务水平的重要保障。职工通过培训不仅获得了在医院工作所需要的相关知识和技能,而且会根据培训所提出的要求尽快地调整自己,以适应医院工作的需要,从而促进了新职工整体素质的提高。为了提高医疗技术队伍的综合素质,培养医德好、技术精、懂管理的医学人才,推动医院的人才储备,结合以往的培训经验,进行了培训内容和形式的创新。主要针对加强医院职工培训,推进职工素质建设进行分析和讨论。
