目的建立豆制品和粉干中乌洛托品的气质联用(GC-MS)测定方法。方法样品中乌洛托品经三氯乙酸水溶液提取、阳离子交换柱净化后GC-MS测定。结果该方法的线性范围为0.1~5 mg/kg,相关系数r为0.998;检出限为0.05 mg/kg;回收率为78.5%~97.0%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.7%~10.9%。结论该方法准确、操作简单,可用于实际样品中乌洛托品的含量测定。
Objective To establish a GC-MS method for the determination of urotropine in bean products and powdery stems. Methods Urotropine samples were extracted with trichloroacetic acid aqueous solution, purified by cation exchange column after GC-MS determination. Results The linear range was 0.1-5 mg / kg, the correlation coefficient was 0.998, the detection limit was 0.05 mg / kg, the recovery was 78.5% -97.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 5.7% -10.9% . Conclusion The method is accurate and simple to operate and can be used to determine the content of urotropine in real samples.
