全面质量管理(TQC)的实施依赖于成功的人力资源管理,而护理人力资源的配置不足直接影响护理质量和服务水平.随着医院的扩大及床位数的增加,各专科病房的特点及病人需求的改变,护理人力配置需要结合科室工作量、实际床位数、床位使用率及床护比等多种因素来考虑.
