为更好地研究气候变化对水资源管理的影响,探讨了发展中国家气候变化恢复性响应的相关问题,运用水文模型模拟气候变化影响的不确定性以及对城市水资源系统的影响。结果表明,运用水文模型研究流域气候变化的影响时,要降低影响评价的不确定性,才能够更好地应用气候变化影响的研究结果;气候变化对城市的影响在于加剧城市洪水和减少季节性降水,从而使城市水资源系统面临压力和挑战;在发展中国家,要将水利工程和节水措施相结合,以构建具有恢复性的水资源管理系统。
To better understand the impact of climate change on water resources management, issues related to the recoverable response to climate change in developing countries were explored, and the use of hydrological models to simulate the effects of climate change uncertainty and their impact on urban water resources systems was explored. The results show that the use of hydrological models to study the impact of climate change in watersheds can reduce the uncertainty of impact assessment and make better use of the research results of climate change impacts. The impact of climate change on cities is to exacerbate urban floods and reduce seasonal Precipitation, so that the urban water system is under pressure and challenge; in developing countries, water conservancy projects and water-saving measures should be combined to build a resilient water resources management system.
