教育观念可以对教育的现象产生影响与作用,是人们对教育的认识和看法。它普遍存在于人们的头脑中,不同的人教育观念的深度、广度是不同的,有的比较系统,有的零散、局部,有的见解深刻,有的肤浅、一般。教育工作者的教育观念直接影响、支配自己的教育行为。比如,不同的学生观就会对学生采取不同的态度和方式,表现出热爱、关心或厌烦、怨弃等不同情感。某种教育观念的形成并非一日之功,改变它也非朝夕之事。
Education concept can have an impact and effect on the phenomenon of education, people’s understanding of education and perception. It exists universally in people’s minds. Different people have different degrees of educational concepts, some are rather systematic, some are fragmented, some are local, others are profound, some are superficial, and some are superficial. Educators directly influence the educational concept, dominate their own educational behavior. For example, different viewpoints of students may adopt different attitudes and ways to students, showing different emotions of love, care or boredom, resentment and so on. The formation of a concept of education is not a single day, change it nor overnight.
