在对法兰密封常用垫片进行了大量室温条件下的试验研究的基础上,为了解决高温工况下的法兰密封问题,研制了专用的垫片高温性能试验装置,成功地解决了装置的升温与控温,以及高温条件下的加载与卸载、垫片变形和泄漏率测量等技术难点;经过300多小时的垫片高温性能试验,得到了令人满意的结果.表明该装置达到了预期设计目标,已基本上具备了进行垫片高温性能试验的条件.
