为探究不同导流板设计对流场及飞灰浓度均匀性的影响,解决SCR烟气脱硝系统弯曲段普遍存在的磨损和积灰问题,对某电厂SCR脱硝系统弯曲段进行CFD数值模拟,通过采用不同形式、不同数量导流板布置来探究转弯后的水平烟道不同截面流场分布和飞灰浓度分布。结果表明:弧直形导流板可以有效改善流场分布均匀性。随导流板数量的增加,流场分布均匀性的变化趋势与飞灰浓度分布均匀性并不相同,不能通过流场分布优劣去判断飞灰浓度分布优劣。距离转弯长度为L处(L为出口截面边长)浓度分布均匀性最佳。此外,飞灰浓度的大小对导流板的布置没有影响。
In order to investigate the influence of different deflector design on the flow field and uniformity of fly ash concentration, the common wear and fouling problems in SCR flue gas denitrification system are solved. The CFD numerical simulation of curved section of SCR denitration system in a power plant is carried out. Using different forms and different numbers of baffle arrangements, the flow field distribution and fly ash concentration distribution in different cross sections after turning are explored. The results show that the arc straight deflector can effectively improve the uniformity of flow field distribution. With the increase of the number of baffles, the trend of the distribution uniformity of the flow field is not the same as that of the fly ash concentration distribution, and the advantages and disadvantages of the concentration distribution of the fly ash can not be judged by the merits of the flow field distribution. The length of the turn is L (L is the length of the exit cross section), and the density distribution is the best. In addition, the concentration of fly ash has no effect on the arrangement of the baffles.
