患者女,30岁。于2008年6月因“颈部不适6个月加重3个月”来我院就诊。6个月前无明显诱因出现颈部不适,在当地医院按“落枕”行理疗,无明显好转。3个月前颈部酸胀不适加重,遂来我院就诊。既往体健,无低热、寒战、盗汗,否认外伤史。
Female patient, 30 years old. In June 2008 due to “neck discomfort six months increased 3 months ” to our hospital. 6 months ago no obvious incentive to neck discomfort, press “stiff neck ” in the local hospital line of treatment, no significant improvement. Sore neck discomfort increased 3 months ago, then came to our hospital. Past physical health, no fever, chills, night sweats, denied the history of trauma.
