介绍了对固体材料及其改性后表面(厚度约1μm左右)耐磨性的测量与评估。提出在定义材料耐磨性时应考虑其密度,即在特定的压力和研磨对偶材料相同以及保证磨损面积及研磨时间一致的条件下,材料耐磨性的大小应由被磨损的体积来确定。对不锈钢片溅射Si_3N_4,Nb_2O_5膜及不锈铜片本身的耐磨性做了比较。
The measurement and evaluation of wear resistance of solid materials and their modified surfaces (about 1μm in thickness) are introduced. It is suggested that the density of materials should be considered in defining the wear resistance of materials. That is to say, the wear resistance of materials should be determined by the volume to be worn under the condition of the same pressure and the same polishing material and the same wear area and grinding time. The wear resistance of stainless steel sheets sputtered Si_3N_4, Nb_2O_5 and stainless steel sheets were compared.
