随着物价平稳货物滞销而引起工商业暂时困难中,有三个问题显得突出需解决:(一)救济失业工人:(二)调整公私企业关系;(三)整顿税收;乃于本年五月十二日召开了市府委员及各界协商委员联席会,将上述三个问题列为主要议题,会中组织了三个委员会分别讨论研究;有计划地召开了各种座谈会,广泛地展开讨论,征集意见,制成三个方案,提交第二届第三次各界代表会议讨论,经过详尽热烈的讨论之后,一致通过三个方案。因为事先作了较充分的准备,所以第三次各界代表会议,只开一天半的时间,会后反映是解决问题最多,关系重大的一次。兹综合报告如下: Among the temporary difficulties caused by slow sales of goods caused by the slow sales of goods, three problems have to be solved urgently: (1) Relief of unemployed workers: (2) Adjustment of the relationship between public and private enterprises; (3) Reorganization of tax revenue; as at May 12 this year Japan convened a joint committee of members of the municipal government and members of all walks of life and listed the above three issues as the main topics.
