研究了用2,6-二羟基水杨酸(DHBA)和孔雀绿(MG)的硼的萃取分光光度测定法。在pH1左右的水溶液中使硼和DHBA反应,以孔雀绿将生成的络阴离子萃取于氯苯中。有机相以1M 硫酸洗净后,在628nm 处测定有机相的吸光度。硼量在0—0.6μg的范围内符合比尔定律。表观摩尔吸光系数为9.5×10~41mol~(-1)cm~(-1)。用本法能测定温泉水、海水中的硼。本法具有共存离子干扰少、在水溶液中进行反应、反应时间短、操作比较简单,灵敏度高等优点。1.序言由于以硼酸形式存在的硼,一般来说缺少反应性,而其分光光度法,或需在浓硫酸中进行反应,或需必要的蒸干操作,多有不便。
Boron extraction spectrophotometry using 2,6-dihydroxysalicylic acid (DHBA) and malachite green (MG) was studied. The reaction between boron and DHBA is carried out in an aqueous solution at a pH of about 1, and the resulting complex anion is extracted into chlorobenzene by using malachite green. After the organic phase was washed with 1 M sulfuric acid, the absorbance of the organic phase was measured at 628 nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-0.6 μg boron. The apparent molar absorptivity is 9.5 × 10 ~ 41mol ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1). This method can be used to determine the hot spring water, seawater boron. This method has the coexistence of ion interference less reaction in aqueous solution, the reaction time is short, the operation is relatively simple, high sensitivity and so on. 1. INTRODUCTION Due to the presence of boric acid in the form of boron, generally speaking, the lack of reactivity, and its spectrophotometry, or need to be concentrated sulfuric acid in the reaction, or the necessary steam-drying operation, more inconvenience.
