At present, there is a microwave cake powder in supermarkets in Beijing and Shanghai. Consumers only need to mix the cake flour with proper amount of water and an egg and send it to the microwave oven for two or three minutes to get a qualified nutritional cake. The market is welcome. However, the price of such imported products is relatively expensive. The price of 500 grams is as high as 15 yuan. To this end, experts and professors working in food research in our country’s research group have developed a new type of convenient cake powder technology after project research. The use of this technology to produce convenient cake powder costs about 2.5 yuan/500 grams.
