耐力是人体长时间进行肌肉活动的能力,即抗疲劳能力。它和人体心肺功能、神经系统调节功能有很大关系.发展耐力素质对增强体质具有重要意义。长跑是发展人体耐力素质的一项重要锻炼措施,是一项提高学生耐力水平的典型项目。同时耐久跑教学是学校体育教学中的一项重要内容。经常进行耐久跑练习,不仅对改善学生内脏器官功能、增强学生体质有积极作用,而且对培养学生顽强、坚毅、刻苦、耐劳等品质也有一定的意义。然而,由于练习持续时间长,体能消耗大,加上教师在教学方式方法上的陈旧,导致了耐久跑教学的开展情况并不尽入人意。如何克服耐久跑在教学的存在的问题,有效的在体育课上开展长跑锻炼,以响应“阳光体育冬季长跑”号召,并切实提高学生身体素质。笔者从课堂体育教学方面进行尝试并结合本校冬季长跑具体实施措施方面的经验做了说明,希望对广大同行有部分借鉴作用。
Stamina is the body’s ability to exercise muscles for a long time, that is, anti-fatigue ability. It has a great relationship with cardiovascular function and nervous system regulating function of human body.Development of endurance quality is of great significance for enhancing physical fitness. Long-distance running is an important training measure to develop the endurance quality of the human body. It is a typical project to improve students’ endurance. At the same time, durable running teaching is an important part of school physical education. Regular long-distance running practice, not only to improve the function of students’ internal organs, enhance the physical fitness of students have a positive effect, but also to train students tenacious, resolute, hardworking, hard-working and other qualities also have some significance. However, due to the long duration of practice, physical exertion, and teachers’ outdated teaching methods and methods, the implementation of durable running teaching is not satisfactory. How to overcome the problem of durable running in teaching and effectively carry out long-distance running training in the physical education class in response to the call of “Sunshine Sports Winter Run” and actually improve students’ physical fitness. I tried from the classroom teaching of physical education combined with the experience of our school winter long-distance running specific measures to do that, I hope the majority of colleagues have some reference.
