目的:分析净光合速率(Pn)与罗汉果品质的关系。方法:以永青一号和野红一号2个生育后期的罗汉果品种为实验材料,采用C I-310便携式光合作用测定系统测生育后期的净光合速率;用HPLC测甜苷Ⅴ。结果:永青一号的光补偿点低于野红一号,光饱和点相同。在整个生育后期永青一号的Pn、干果重和甜苷Ⅴ含量均高于野红一号。结论:净光合速率可作为评价罗汉果品质的重要辅助指标。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and the quality of Luo Han Guo. Methods: Two varieties of Lo Han Guo, one of Yongqing No.1 and Yehong 1, were used as experimental materials. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) was measured by C I-310 portable photosynthesis system. The glycoside Ⅴ was detected by HPLC. Results: The light compensation point of Yongqing No.1 is lower than that of Yehong No.1, and the light saturation point is the same. Pn, dried fruit weight and glycoside Ⅴ content of Yongqing No.1 were all higher than that of Yehong No.1 during later growth period. Conclusion: The net photosynthetic rate can be used as an important auxiliary index to evaluate the quality of Mangosteen.
