EVOH涂覆法制备PCL/EVOH复合纤维棒,采用激光熔体静电纺丝法将纤维棒制成微/纳米纤维毡,研究了EVOH涂覆对静电纺纤维形貌和性能的影响。利用SEM、DSC、TG-DTA及WCA对纤维形貌、熔点、热稳定性和亲水性进行了表征。SEM结果表明:EVOH涂覆后,PCL纤维直径可从7μm显著降低到2μm;WCA结果表明:EVOH涂覆PCL后纤维膜的亲水性得到明显改善;DSC测试表明:EVOH的涂覆对PCL的熔点的影响很小;TG-DTA分析证实:复合纤维PCL/EVOH仍具有较好的热稳定性。
EVOH coating was used to prepare PCL / EVOH composite fiber rods. The fiber rods were made into micro / nano fiber mats by laser melt electrospinning method. The effects of EVOH coating on the morphology and properties of electrospun fibers were studied. The morphology, melting point, thermal stability and hydrophilicity of the fibers were characterized by SEM, DSC, TG-DTA and WCA. The results of SEM showed that the diameter of PCL fibers decreased significantly from 7μm to 2μm after the coating with EVOH. The WCA results showed that the hydrophilicity of the fiber membrane was significantly improved after the coating of EVOH with PCL. The DSC results showed that the coating of EVOH on PCL The influence of melting point is small; TG-DTA analysis confirmed that the composite fiber PCL / EVOH still has good thermal stability.
