本文运用质性的研究方法探讨服务学习在青少年社会工作服务中的实践过程。服务学习作为体验式学习的实践模式之一,在青少年服务领域通过服务与学习并重的实践过程促进青少年的全人成长,即个人、家庭、朋辈、学校、社区和社会五个层面的正面发展。经由分析服务学习具体经验、反思观察、抽象概念以及行动应用四个实践过程的分析,全文阐述了学习服务学习从体验、情感、认知、行为的完整循环的学习模式,并突出服务学习在促进青少年全人成长中的“主体性”原则,体现为体验性、参与性与互动性。
This article uses qualitative research methods to explore the practice of service learning in adolescent social work services. As one of the practical modes of experiential learning, service learning promotes adolescent’s full-time growth in the area of youth services through the practice of both service and learning, that is, the positive development of individuals, families, peers, schools, communities and the society . Through the analysis of service experience, reflective observation, abstract concepts and the four practical processes of application of action analysis, the full text expounds the learning service learning from the complete cycle of experience, emotion, cognition, behavior learning mode, and highlight the service learning in promoting The principle of “subjectivity ” in the growth of adolescent whole person is embodied as experience, participation and interaction.
