目的:分析CT定位结合术中电刺激立体定向手术治疗30例帕金森病的效果以及6~8a的随访结果。方法:手术靶点均选丘脑腹中间核(Vim),由CT定位并结合术中电生理测试确定。结果:全部病例术后震颤症状均完全消失,肌强直及动作灵活度基本恢复正常,随访结果满意。结论:CT和电阻抗、电刺激等电生理测试的结合是一种经济实用的立体定向手术方法。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of CT-guided stereotactic surgery on 30 patients with Parkinson’s disease and the follow-up results from 6 to 8a. Methods: The ventromedial nucleus (Vim) was selected as the surgical target, and was determined by CT and combined with intraoperative electrophysiological test. Results: The symptoms of tremor in all cases disappeared completely, the muscle rigidity and flexibility of movement returned to normal, and the results of follow-up were satisfactory. Conclusion: The combination of CT and electrophysiological tests such as electrical impedance and electrical stimulation is an economical and practical method of stereotactic surgery.
