Since 1987, the author has cured 35 cases of gas gangrene and died in 3 cases, with a cure rate of 91.4%. Now the treatment situation and related issues are reported as follows. 1 clinical data of this group are men, aged 18 to 32 years. 20 cases of mine injuries, 8 cases of shell wounds, 2 cases of gunshot wounds and 5 cases of traffic accident. All were lower limb injuries, including multiple injuries in 23 cases; combined with lumbar washes in 6 cases, 9 cases of vascular injury, nerve injury in z; open
