本文在热压釜内分别用自生蒸汽和饱和蒸汽对褐煤脱水提质进行了研究。试验结果表明:1.水分含量较高的褐煤,经高压蒸汽脱水提质后的产品,其热值显著提高。2.提质后的褐煤产品,杭湿性能得到很大改善,不易再吸收水分。3.利用饱和蒸汽脱水,水气以液态形式脱除,从而节约了水的蒸发潜热,热效率高。为高水分褐煤脱水提质,提供了可行的工艺路线。
In this paper autoclave autoclave steam and saturated steam dehydration of lignite were studied. The test results show that: 1. Lignite with high moisture content, after high-pressure steam dehydration upgrading of products, the calorific value increased significantly. 2. After upgrading the lignite products, Hangzhou wet performance has been greatly improved, not easy to absorb water. 3. The use of saturated steam dehydration, moisture removed in liquid form, thus saving water latent heat of evaporation, thermal efficiency. For high moisture lignite dehydration quality, providing a viable process route.
