目的:建立中药直立白薇C_(21)甾体苷类的LC-MS分析方法,鉴定直立白薇的化学成分。方法:ZORBAX SB-C_(18) (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相0.1%醋酸水溶液-乙腈,梯度洗脱;检测波长210 nm;正、负离子检测。结果:直立白薇的化学成分获得了较好的分离和检测。通过与对照品的ESI-MS数据比较,鉴定了药材中7个C_(21)甾体苷类化合物,根据质谱数据和文献,推断了2个C_(21)甾体苷类化合物。结论:该方法灵敏度高,分离度好,适用于直立白薇C_(21)甾体苷类的快速定性鉴定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a LC-MS method for the determination of C_ (21) steroidal glycosides of Chinese medicinal plants Verticillium dahurica, and to identify the chemical constituents. METHODS: ZORBAX SB-C 18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% aqueous acetic acid and acetonitrile. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. The positive and negative ions were detected. Results: The chemical constituents of P. euphorbiae were well separated and tested. Seven C 21 steroidal glycosides were identified from the ESI-MS data of the reference substance. Two C 21 steroidal glycosides were deduced from the mass spectrometry data and literature. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity and good resolution and is suitable for the rapid qualitative identification of C_ (21) steroidal glycosides of.
