測定直綫度誤差,通常采用水平仪、合象水平仪、光学准直仪、光学自准直仪、拉紧的鋼絲,以及平尺、平板、检驗圆棒等。而本文則另介紹两种較新的測量方法。一、跨步仪测量法所謂“跨步仪”,实际上只是一个装千分表的簡单支架,如图1所示。千分表測头和两个支脚之間是三点等距分布的。其作用是利用一根短的研磨平尺作为基准,就可以测定任意长度表面的直綫度誤差,具有簡便、精确、不受环境因素(如溫度、气流等)影响
