本文着重分析了重塑行政文化对提升地方政府行政能力的重要意义,根据当前地方政府行政文化不良影响因素的种种表现,提出重塑地方政府行政文化的策略。提高地方政府行政能力,不仅仅要实现行政管理方法和行政技术手段的现代化,更重要的是推进地方政府行政文化的现代化,必须从此处下工夫才能切实提高政府工作效能。 This article analyzes emphatically the importance of remolding administrative culture to enhance the administrative ability of local government and puts forward the strategy of reshaping the administrative culture of local government according to the various manifestations of the current influencing factors of administrative culture of local government. To improve the administrative capacity of local governments, we not only need to modernize the administrative methods and administrative techniques, but more importantly, promote the modernization of the administrative culture of local governments. Therefore, we must make efforts to improve the government’s work efficiency.
