非典型雇佣改变了组织既有的内部劳动关系,以及组织与外部劳动力市场和产品市场的互动。弹性用工所固有的复杂性和不确定性,提升了实证研究在操作和结论推广等方面的难度。本文从研究对象、样本和测量三个方面,分析了制约非典型雇佣关系实证研究发展的若干问题,并探讨了非典型雇佣关系实证研究在我国的本土化问题。
Atypical employment alters the organization’s existing internal labor relations and the organization’s interaction with external labor and product markets. The inherent complexity and uncertainty of flexible labor enhances the difficulty of empirical research in operational and conclusion promotion. This article analyzes some problems restricting the development of empirical research on atypical employment relationship from three aspects of the research object, sample and measurement, and probes into the localization problem of the empirical research of atypical employment relationship in our country.
