以前,我们生产球铁一直采用二次冲入法。合金的加入量为1.8~2.0%。球铁件的皮下气孔、氧化皮,夹渣等缺陷比较多,有时也发生球化不良等现象,甚至出现灰口。究其原因,主要是第一次放铁水的数量控制不准,合金反应过快,镁烧损严重等,致使处理后的球铁质量不稳定。为此需要寻求一种稳定生产球铁的工艺和方法。 经过逐步改进,采用一次法处理球铁工艺,可使球化质量稳定,减轻皮下气孔、夹渣等缺陷的出现,而且降低了合金的加入量。
