现今我国的供电公司人力资源市场在组织、开发、管理等方面存在诸多问题,并且通过各问卷调查所显示的结果,可以看出,人力资源在激励机制、领导者能力、人才流动等重要方面也存在着诸多危机。由此现状,本文特从人力资源管理体系入手,以组织、开发为出发点,深入探讨人力资源管理措施,为供电公司人力资源的管理和发展前景,建立一套完整的人力资源管理预警体系。
