高校少数民族预科生国家认同感的培养对促进我国少数民族地区的全面发展、维护民族团结与祖国统一具有十分重要的现实意义和历史意义。张文认为,民族主义与文化认同是构建多民族和谐社会不可或缺的基础,但也存在一些理论缺陷,惟有结合国家认同理论,才是构建多民族和谐社会的现实路径。何金元认为,教育公平问题是影响民族高等教育发展的基本问题,只有在科学发展观的指导下思考和解决这一问题,才能为民族地区培养高素质的建设者和管理者,为人才强国战略作出应有的贡献。罗朝斌认为,在少数民族高层次骨干人才硕士研究生基础强化培训中,思想政治工作应占据主导地位并发挥重要作用,应提高思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。
