目的:根据对国内疼痛发展现状的了解,探讨疼痛科发展策略、科室建设和管理办法。方法:通过实地考察和个人通信等,对收集到的资料进行综合评价,并向医院相关科室了解核实。根据国内疼痛治疗难以形成规模、产生效益的现状,比较疼痛和康复治疗的联系,探讨二者合并的可行性及优缺点。结果:疼痛科的组建应充分利用现有康复科人、财、物资源,合并组成疼痛康复中心,发挥各自优势,取长补短,形成规模效益。病区的设置应包括疼痛病区、康复病区、理疗区、手术室和护士工作站。提高门诊诊治水平和经济效益。治疗应以微创手术为主、综合治疗为辅,形成专科特色。管理应走企业化经营道路。结论:疼痛科应与康复科合并组成疼痛康复中心,走协同发展的道路。
Objective: To explore the development strategies, department building and management methods of the pain department based on the understanding of the current status of pain development in China. Methods: Through site visits and personal communications, etc., the collected data were evaluated comprehensively and verified by relevant departments of the hospital. According to the current situation in which pain therapy in China is difficult to form scale and produce benefits, the connection between pain and rehabilitation treatment is compared, and the feasibility, advantages and disadvantages of the merger are explored. Results: The establishment of the pain department should make full use of the resources of existing rehabilitative personnel, financial resources and resources, and be combined to form a pain rehabilitation center. Each advantage should be used to complement each other to form economies of scale. Ward settings should include pain areas, rehabilitation areas, physical therapy areas, operating rooms, and nurse workstations. Improve outpatient treatment and economic benefits. The treatment should be based on minimally invasive surgery, supplemented by comprehensive treatment to form specialties. Management should take the path of enterprise management. Conclusion: The pain department should be combined with the rehabilitation department to form a pain rehabilitation center and take the road of coordinated development.
