运用偏离-份额分析法对黑龙江省2001～2010年林业产业结构与区域竞争力进行了实证分析,结果表明,对于全国林业产业发展来看,黑龙江省林业产业结构中第一产业基础好,第二、第三产业属于产业因素推动类型,产业结构处于优势地位,但第二产业不具备区域优势。并依据研究结果,提出优化林业产业结构、增强第三产业竞争力、提升第二产业规模效益等对策。
By using the departure-share analysis method, the paper analyzes the structure and regional competitiveness of forestry industry in Heilongjiang Province from 2001 to 2010. The results show that for the development of the national forestry industry, the primary industry structure of forestry industry in Heilongjiang Province is good. The second , The tertiary industry belongs to the promotion type of industrial factors, and the industrial structure is in a dominant position, but the secondary industry does not have the regional advantages. Based on the research results, some suggestions are put forward, such as optimizing the industrial structure of forestry, enhancing the competitiveness of the tertiary industry, and enhancing the economies of scale of the secondary industry.
